HONEY I'M LOCKED IN THE TRUNK
A California woman was rescued from the trunk of her car after being kidnapped in
California, tied up, put in her trunk and driven to Primm, Nevada, where she eventually
loosened her bonds enough to make a cellular call to her husband. She then made a series
of 911 calls until police could finally narrow down the search for her 12 hours later.
A FRIENDS MARRIAGE
Matt Leblanc is engaged to model Melissa McKiight. No date set for the wedding.
Melissa has two kids from a previous marriage.
PRETTY WOMAN AND GERE REUNITE
Keep an eye of for The Runaway Bride. It's not a Pretty Woman sequel but it
promises to be a box office smash, especially considering it reunites the stars with the
director of that smash, Garry Marshall.
CHARLIE SHEEN OUT OF REHAB
Five months after nearly dying of a drug overdose the star has been released from a
rhab center and has been ordered to appear in court again March 16th for a progress
report. His Dad turned him in earlier this year, fearing for his life.
DON'T LET MONICA IN...
George Stephanopolous says Monica Lewinsky found out he liked a double latte each
morning and brought one to his office every day. But, fortunately for him, he says, his
secretary wouldn't let the then intern in to see him. (a little weak are we George?)
RETURN ON INVESTMENT
A woman at a Las Vegas Casino spent $300 on slot machines in the Palace Station
Hotel and Casino and walked away with $27 MILLION in winnings Sunday. She'll be paid
$1.1 Million over the next 25 years.
